Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Flywo, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our electric bikes. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund policy within the first 7 days from the date of delivery.
Note: If the ebike is modified by the user, we will no longer be responsible for any after-sales issues. Buyers should consider this carefully.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
(Customized accessories do not support returns)

The request for a refund must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The electric bike must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
The original packaging and all accessories must be included.
How to Initiate a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Service team at [ support@flywocitycoco.com] within the 7-day period.
Provide your order number, contact information, and the reason for the refund request.
Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

Refund Policy for Unshipped Orders

If your order has not yet been shipped and you request a refund, a fee of 5%-10% will be deducted. This fee is charged by the bank during the payment process, and the exact percentage depends on your method of payment.

Return Shipping

The customer will bear the shipping cost for the initial delivery and cover the return shipping expenses. Additionally, they will be responsible for deducting a depreciation fee of 15%-20%. Flywo is not liable for any damage or loss during the return shipping process.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned electric bike and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days.

Exclusions

Please note that the following items are not eligible for a refund:

Any electric bike that has been used beyond the 7-day return period.
Products with missing parts or damaged packaging.
Electric bikes that show signs of misuse, abuse, or neglect.
