Flywocitycoco provides free delivery services in the United States, and we currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Please contact our customer service for more details.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order after being placed online. Tracking information will be sent to your email address once order is shipped. If this time is exceeded, please contact our customer service at Contact Us Form.

The package is expected to arrive in about 5-12 business days, but there may be delays due to uncontrollable factors. We sincerely hope you receive the package as soon as possible and appreciate your understanding.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped along with a tracking number. If for any reason you don't receive this or for more shipping information, please contact our customer service team at support@flywocitycoco.com along with a description of the item and your order number. *Please note, tracking can take around 24-48 hours to update after dispatch

If you want to pick up the bike directly from our warehouse, you need to contact us to set up a pick-up date and time via email support@flywocitycoco.com

We have purchased adult signature service for all orders to prevent package loss. Please make sure there is an adult at home to sign for the package at your address.

The Flywocitycoco will arrive 90% assembled at your doorstep. Unpacking and assembly should take about 15 minutes. All you need to do is install the front wheel and fenders, handlebars, seat post, and pedals, and conduct a thorough check to ensure everything is tightened. You can find the necessary tools in the accessory box within the packaging.
